If you are looking for a nice place to stay for one whole month in May in London, this is for you !!
My roomates and I are looking for someone to sublet both of our rooms in this cute and cosy apartment in Hoxton, for a month from April 27th until May 28th !
Currently we are three females roommates, students but one is leaving at the end of May and us end of April.
About the flat :
It’s a three bedrooms flat (double beds) with a sofa convertible into a bed and a cute balcony to enjoy London’s perfect weather ! A lot of windows so you will get a lot of natural light !
There is a kitchen with the necessary things (oven, stove, washing machine,…)
Cosy living room with a working wifi (so perfect if you need to work or study) !
About my room : (1st on the pictures)
The bed is staying, I can let some of my furnitures like clothing trail, ect if you want !
Most of the decorations will be gone :)
I have two windows facing the sun, so when it’s a good day outside, the room is really sunny and bright !
About the other room : (2nd one on the pictures)
It’s also a double room, with a good natural light and a built in closet !! Some furnitures can stay if you want :)
Area :
It’s in one of the best area of London, in a really quiet and safe street but not that far from really good pubs, bars and restaurants. It’s only 15 minutes walk to Shoreditch near Bricklane with it’s wonderful thrift shops and amazing night life, 15 minutes walk to Dalston Junction with it’s cute shops and commercial center. And 20 minutes walk to Old street and it’s numerous things to do !
6 minutes walk to the overground and 2 minutes walk to a bus station.
Also we are really close to a small canal which is really pretty if you like having a walk to discover hidden gems of London :)
This flat is close to delis, Tesco and Sainsbury’s, near the flower market in Columbia Road, to a few car-boots and flea markets.
