Short let wonderful 1BR on the canal

Short letting my wonderful flat from late Apr to Sept. I am either looking for someone to take the flat from end of Apr to early June or someone to take the flat until Sept.

Wonderful modern 1 bedroom in a safe, friendly and modern building on the canal.
Fast internet, work desk set-up (multiple monitors, keyboards printer, stand-up desk, mouse), cute terrace/balcony, modern kitchen with all amenities (coffee machine, mixer, plates&pans, wine & champagne glasses...) Could also leave you against a higher deposit my Xbox, bike and projector (to be discussed).
Absolutely love my neighbourhood. Within 5 minutes walk of the house you can find multiple Michelin star restaurants, one of the top 50 best bars in the world, live music hangouts, standup comedy clubs, organic stores, gym and yoga studios...

<5 minutes walk from overground (direct line to Canary Wharf) walking distance to Shoreditch/liverpool street and <20 minutes commute to central london
