Good sized double room in a chilled houseshare in the heart of Hoxton. Ideal location if you work in central London and/or love hanging out in Shoreditch! The House:
– 5 bed flat share
– 1 Bathroom (bath/shower + toilet)
– 1 Separate toilet
– Good sized kitchen
– No living room but space to fit two clothes racks in the hallway out of the way
– Fenced off patio at the front of the house with a bbq

The Room:
– Furnished (double bed + mattress, bedside table, built in wardrobe, huge mirror)
– East facing, lovely morning sun
– Plenty of space for a desk (mine is 1m wide)
– The bed can fit sideways along the window if you want a different layout
– Built in wardrobe has 4 drawers, a hanging rail, a shelf, and motion-sensor lighting
– Mirror is not fixed so can be moved depending on your layout

The Housemates:
– You'll be sharing with 2 guys and 2 girls, all in their mid twenties
– Professions and interests range from football to music to photography
– Everyone met through living together here so we have our own social circles but all get along. You'll meet some of them if you view the room to check you are good fit!

The Details:
£355 to be paid to me for the period 19/05–31/05 (13 days) then the full £850 to be paid on the 1st of every month to the landlord.

If 19th May is too soon but you can move before 1st June still, we might be able to come to an agreement so shoot me a message :)
