Double room in friendly house - near Old street

Hi everyone!

I am looking for someone to replace me in this awesome 4 bedroom flat as I am sadly moving out of London. My plan is to move out November 15th however I am flexible if other dates work better for you!

You'll be joining a flat currently with 2 guys and 1 girl so we are ideally looking for another girl. The flat has a spacious lounge and a space if you work from home. The kitchen is nice and modern, and the building even has a bike shed.

The rent is £1150 and bills are an extra £190-£250 a month. That includes everything, so council tax, wi-fi, electricity, gas, and water.

We're located a 10-15 min walk from Old Street, and a few extra minutes away from Angel and Hoxton. There's a bus stop a minute away too.

For shopping, there's also a co-op, a Tesco, and a Sainsbury's nearby. So you can always pick your favourite.

So about the us! We're all working professionals in a friendly and sociable house who enjoy hanging out together. Whether that's having a chat in the lounge, watching a movie, grabbing a pint at the pub, or even going to play tennis. I've absolutely loved my time living in this flat with these 3 (they have become some of my closest friends in London!) As long as you're respectful of us and the flat, then we'll definitely get along!
