I am looking for a student to sublet my room. Dates are negotiable. The room is a Large Twin studio, which is very large with good view. I currently have a Chinese girl roommate with a super nice personality and exceptionally good living habits, so we are looking for a girl roommate with good living habits. No smoking allowed. Great area, super close to the overground and lots of buses. Perfect for summer courses (easy to arrive at King's College, UCL and LSE).
The flat was newly built in 2019, so all the equipment is particularly new.
The equipment are as follows:
¾ size double bed with under bed storage

Iron & ironing board Kettle
Kitchen bin
Magnetic board Mirror
Kitchen with ceramic hob, combi oven, and fridge freezer
Dining space with table and chairs Shelves
2 x Study space with desk and chairs Toaster Wardrobe
Air conditioning & heating
Communal areas with study rooms, sky gardens and communal kitchens and lounges

I can leave you everything you need(pillow and quilt, toilet paper, hangers, toiletries, saucepans, etc. ~)
