Subletting my cozy studio in Hoxton!! (students only)

Lease period : July 1st - August 30th.
Studio type is the Classic Studio on floor 1, and the rent currently is £435pw on their website and £1885per month but i’ll rent it for £420pw/1820pcm
(the bills are all included as this is a student accommodation)

Only 2 minute walk from the Hoxton station, Tesco, and Amazon Fresh, 13mins to Oldstreet Station, there’s also a bus station 2 minutes away that directly takes you to Oxford St and UCL. Sainsbury’s, Poundland, M&S are also just minutes away which makes it a very convenient place.

The studio has everything you need such as air conditioning, toaster, kettle, ironing tools, etc.
Also lots of space for storage such as under the bed (see pics), the left side of the closet, big cabinets on top of the desk, kitchen space, etc.

There is a big public activities area on the ground floor, you have access to the gardens there as well as the 5th floor garden patio (and a free activity room next to it) there is also a free gym on the ground floor.

2 months rent is required to paid altogether upfront plus the deposit.
