Lovely Sunlit Room in Hoxton

Looking for someone to sublet my room over the summer. Putting up one room on spare room but there is one more available as my flatmate will be gone for the summer as well. Couples are welcome only if they decide to rent both rooms as it is not a massive flat. The flat itself is in really good condition, not noisy even though it is perfectly located on the high street. The other people in building are very welcoming and all girls, so we would accept a guy only if in a couple.
The room is a double with loads of storage space and a large window that makes it really light.
Flat even has dishwasher.
Sorry if the room is a little messy in the pics, all my things (apart from lights and furniture and some decoration) will be gone! :)))
