Flatmate Wanted in Shoreditch Park

My flatmate is moving out to go to Seminary and I am looking for a new flatmate.

The flat has two bedrooms, a communal combined dining and living room, and a shared bathroom. The flat is adjacent to Shoreditch Park and each bedroom is a decent size with a small balcony, which opens up to a view of the park on one side. The location is close enough to walk into the City but quiet enough to feel like home.

The room is £1,056 not including bills. The bedroom can be unfurnished or furnished. The flat comes with cookware and kitchen utensils.

I'm a Software Engineer working in the city and I work in the office most days. In my spare time I enjoy seeing friends, coding and learning languages. It would be lovely to share with another person of faith, but I'm open to living with anyone so long as they are respectful.

It is important for me that where I live be kept in good condition and be peaceful. I usually have people over for lunch or dinner once or twice a month, though don't usually have people over very late. I would feel uncomfortable with people’s partners staying overnight, or strangers coming to the flat, without notice - and would give you similar.

I like the flat to be cleaned pretty thoroughly on a regular basis, and like the kitchen and the bathroom to be left looking how it was before it was used (all surfaces clean, things put away in their place etc). I'd be happy to split the cost of a cleaner if you're time-short.
