Hello everyone! I'm moving out to live with my boyfriend and seeking someone to take over my part in our lovely two-bedroom flat from around first week of July.

Very quiet, spacious flat for those that want peace. Sharing approx 70 sq meters with only one person! Can work from home every day. I just want to get rid of this as moving to new home asap so i offer to pay 260 pounds until end of the fixed term agreement in Oct as the rent is 1360. After that the new contract is negotiable with the landlord or you go to rolling basis.

Also available for short term let July to end Oct

Flatmate:

You'll be sharing with a friendly professional woman in her late 30s, who values a pleasant, drama-free environment.

Respectful of others' space and privacy. Often out of the flat due to work or social activities, but enjoys coming home to a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the occasional dinner with friends. Looking for like-minded professional. Foodie and language lover.


Flat Features:

Kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
Small storage room and a balcony overlooking the canal.

The bedroom: fully furnished with a king-sized bed, spacious wardrobe, and desk.

Very cool location:

Conveniently situated between Shoreditch Park (3 mins walk) and the canal.

15 mins walk to Old Street and Haggerston Stations; 4 mins walk to bus stop with frequent buses to Central London (30 mins commute).
Nearby amenities: Tesco and Coop within a 5-minute walk. Gyms, local market, and canal.


Tenancy Agreement to the Landlord:

You would be replacing me in ongoing contract until November, then monthly-rolling. New contract could be signed then also, to see with landlord.

£ 1360 + bills (around £140 pm which include water, electricity&gas, council tax and broadband). Council tax band is D.

Deposit: £1000, payable to me and protected throughout the tenancy.

Landlord requires employment letter, bank statement, and previous landlord details.


No pets, no smoking allowed.
