Lovely Room on Columbia Road

Hi, we are looking for a third tenant to take on the renewed contract with us from July 17th. You will be living with two girls in the heart of Columbia road, surrounded with cute boutiques and coffee shops. The room on the split level comes with a double bed, desk, shelves and wardrobe for storage. It has a large window and benefits from lots of sunlight. The previous tenant has already moved out, so earlier move in date is possible.

Barbara is a 22 year-old student from Poland, and I am Chinese-Canada, 27 years old, working at an architecture firm as a designer. The house doesn’t have a living room, so the kitchen is our common area to cook and chat. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are looking for someone who is easy going and clean to look after the house together. We both have regular schedules, we don’t mind each other having friends over from time to time. In general, we’d like to keep the house as quiet place for us to wind down.

Besides plenty of local shops and restaurants, it is very convenient to get around. Hoxton overground station is 8min walk away, and to Bethnal Green station is a 15min walk. There are also other bus stops nearby.

The rent is £850 per month. Bills is roughly £70 per month, excluding council tax.
