Double room in Hoxton/Haggerston

Double room available on a one-year lease from 14th August in a 4-bed flat in Hoxton/Haggerston. £820 plus bills. Looking for another young professional in their mid-late 20s, sorry no students x

Come and live in the iconique Fellows Court, once the frontier of 1960s modernist architecture and living. This room is the second biggest, with a desk if you wfh, and has the most storage.

Our flat is teeny (no living room unfortunately) so when we hang it’s in the kitchen and it works perfectly fine, or we head to the pub. There is a room with a sofa, but we’ve never tried to fit everyone in at the same time. Although who needs a living room or garden when you’re a 5 min walk from Haggerston Park and Columbia Road? Hoxton overground is a few mins away and good bus services to wherever.

Cleaner comes once a fortnight and we do try to keep things tidy inbetween.
