Large double room in Hackney

Hello, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in an awesome flat share in Hoxton, as I’m moving back to New Zealand.

Situated perfectly on Kingsland Road, only a few minutes walk from central Shoreditch, Regent’s Canal, Haggerston park… All the best east London spots. You’ll have service from many buses (149/242/243), the overground, and you're only a quick walk to old street tube station.

The flat is on the top floor of an old stable building converted into flats. It’s super spacious, spread over two floors with four bedrooms, three bathrooms (one being your own massive en-suite) and one huge living area. (There's also are tons of storage space in the flat, as well as a secure bike room in the building)

The shared living areas include a large living room, with a big couch, and a large kitchen with dining table, two fridges, many cupboards, dishwasher, washing machine as well as the usual kitchen amenities and utensils.

Your room is on the lower floor, its huge, and you’ll have space for a desk area for working from home, or a small couch otherwise. It comes furnished with a bed, bedside table, mirror, and clothes cupboard (as seen in pictures). You’ll also have your own ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower.

All the flat windows are facing west, so you get a ton of sunlight all the way until sundown.

You'll be sharing the flat with a cabal of high quality Kiwis and some Aussies, late 20s to early 30s (one girl, two guys), who've enjoyed making this our shared home. We're a social group, and spend a fair amount of time together in the flat or at the pub, but also respecful of each other's space.

Rent is £1100 per calendar months without bills. Bills are split evenly between flatmates monthly and come to around £100-$120 each (depending on season as winter bills get higher).
