Amazing Huge Room In Peaceful Hoxton Flat

Absolutely amazing room in the perfect area! 30+ queer girlies to the front! This room is HUGE - basically the size of a studio apartment with a sofa and loads of storage space. Plenty of space to WFH. The flat is a total gem - looking for someone who wants to make it their home and not just a place to sleep. We are pretty chilled at home and enjoy a nice peaceful environment - Definitely not a party flat! We’re looking for someone who also enjoys a calm and quiet home life but ideally will be up for occasionally hanging out and doing things together.

For the first few months you will be subletting but from November you can go on the contract. You will need references (work and past landlord) to pass the referencing checks (will need to be earning minimum £35k). Rent might increase when the contract renews in November but it will still be amazing value for a flat of this size and location.

Rent: 950 +bills (apx £100)
We also have a cleaner coming every 2 weeks and this is about £12.50 each.

Flat has a great living space and kitchen with dishwasher and is on the 3rd floor with a lift.

About the area: the flat is in the best location, we are right by the bars and restaurants of Shoreditch, and Hoxton street is just around the corner. Super central and very good transport links.

About the current flatmates:

Eloise - 🏳️‍🌈healthcare lawyer & physio/pt. WFH 4days+ per week. Interests: yoga/gym, running, reading, eating out (does that count as an interest?!) travel, guilty-pleasure reality TV, and the odd feral night out.

Anna - runs her own business, mixture of WFH and working from a Co working space. Anna will be leaving the country in November so we will be looking for someone else fab to take over her room then.
