I'm moving out of my room and subletting it for a month before all the other housemates are back from travelling and can properly rent it out to you or someone else.
The rent is actually £700/m and paid at the end of the month, but as I need to stay a couple of days more before moving out, I'm willing to pay £140 towards it.
The room is very large, which is rare in zone 2 these days, and everybody in the house is very friendly.
It's quite an artsy household with an architect, a film student and a musician, but they're all clean, chilled and calm.
It's super well connected, in a lovely bit of Hackney, and a 2-minute walk away from Hoxton Overground.
