Large ensuite room - homey young apartment Hoxton

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease on a fabulous ensuite double room in our amazing Hoxton flat. The lease runs through until 11th June 2025, so it’s perfect if you’re after a short-term spot with all the comforts already sorted.

The room itself is huge, super bright, and comes with a bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe — so whether you’re working from home or just need space to relax, it’s ideal. The ensuite bathroom is a massive win, too.

The flat is stunning. We’ve got a south-facing balcony that’s drenched in sunshine (perfect for your morning coffee or evening wine) and even has a cute outdoor table. The lounge is fully furnished (thanks to my wonderful flatmate) and ridiculously cosy.

Speaking of my flatmate, Chelsea is genuinely the best part about this place. She’s kind, caring, super fun, and creative. We’ve been so close while living together, and honestly, it’s hard to leave because she’s such a gem. She’s into music, gigs, and long walks with her adorable cavapoo, Peanut, who is the third flatmate. He’s very friendly, well-behaved, hardly barks, and loves a good cuddle.

The flat’s location is unbeatable. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to Broadway Market and Columbia Road Market, and we’re surrounded by amazing pubs and coffee shops in Hoxton and Haggerston. Spitalfields Market and Shoreditch are about a 30-minute walk, and there are big supermarkets nearby in Hoxton and Dalston.

For gym lovers, there’s a great one with a pool and classes less than 15 minutes away. Plus, you’ve got parks for sunny days and the canals for scenic strolls — it’s honestly the perfect spot.
