Hey everyone! I have left my room in a super lovely 6 bed flat in the heart of Hoxton, and I’m looking for someone to fill the space. I have already moved out and my room is up for grabs as of now!

This is a composed flatshare, meaning no clique or people having moved in knowing each other beforehand so very easy to integrate and fit into. Everyone is an absolute joy to live with as well, which makes things even easier. Varying schedules and lifestyles means you still feel like you have some personal time in the flat and nobody is queuing up for the bathrooms in the mornings 😊

The flat:
- a unique two-level space, newly renovated in March 2022 (no hidden bad surprises or breaking facilities, so stress free living!)
- open layout kitchen/dining room and living room
- massive garden with cozy string lights, a game changer in the summer and for friendly hangouts
- fully equipped and heated outdoor work from home/hobby/chill shed space
- washer and tumble dryer
- dishwasher, coffee machine, TV, 2 big fridges with freezers
- WEEKLY CLEANERS

The flat is a 10 minute walk into Shoreditch, a 5 minute walk to Hoxton Overground, 2 bus stops right outside and tons of grocers, restaurants, niche pubs/bars, THE CANAL and a 20 minute walk to Liverpool street.

The landlord is very nice and easily reachable should any issues arise.

I had the best time living here and have left due to new professional opportunities abroad, otherwise you best believe I would have stayed 😉

The flatmates:
All are smart, welcoming young working professionals, looking for somebody tidy in common spaces. We are of course LGBTQ+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈. This truly is a flatshare anybody ambitious, career focused and also fun can thrive in 🎉

Declan: a 25 year old queer professional from Ireland. He works as a senior medical writer for a publisher based in King’s Cross. He loves books, cinema, gardening, baking, theatre, exhibitions and generally exploring everything London has to offer.

Emma: she is a 23 year old from California working for a startup company in language learning. She is often out and about visiting Europe and is lovely to chat with about those experiences if you ever wish to go exploring yourselves!

Nicole: a 27 year old working as a guest experience manager at a hotel in Shoreditch. She is from South Africa thus loving long beack walks or sunsets along the Thames in lack there of 😉.

Bonnie: she is 27 and originally from Birmingham. She cooks up gorgeous meal and enjoys to travel. She works in accounting and knows some great London spots to go out and dine.

Details:
Rent is 1,100£ per month and bills amount to 100£ per month in the winter period. Working professionals ideally. We are looking for somebody kind hearted and open minded!
