August Sublet close to Hoxton Overground

Hey all, I’m looking for a subletter for my room August 7th-26th

The room is furnished, with a large standing desk (and a 27” monitor), a good sized closet, and a dresser. Looking for someone who is clean and respectful. The process is we’ll do a video chat and then you’ll speak to my lovely flatmate, who you’ll be living with.

The flat is roomy, gets amazing light (especially in the afternoon/evening) and is quiet. The location is great, with tons of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, etc close by. It’s in the middle of Hackney Rd, Hoxton St, and Kingsland Rd which have great bus and train connections to the rest of the city and easy access to London Fields, Vic Park and a ton of other great East-London spots. In general it’s central enough to be super convenient, but it still feels homey and residential.

If you’re renting for the full period, then the flat is £800, otherwise, it’s £300pcw, incl bills for both. Happy to discuss discounts if you can’t afford this! Min 1-week
