Hi! A beautiful 3 bed maisonette on Kingsland Road living with two easy going males. Perfectly located 15-20 mins walk from places like Brick Lane, Liverpool Street, London Fields, Columbia Road...
Transport links are brilliant and there is a bus stop right outside. We also have Hoxton overground which is 3 mins walk away, and old street/Liverpool street tube is ~15 mins by foot (or you can jump on a bus if you prefer).
Our contract renews in June and we are looking for someone to take one of the rooms - mine. It's a small one but still has a double bed. There is a desk if you need to WFH and loads of storages.
The two remaining flatmates work in Tech and Architecture, both sociable and friendly.
Above all, it’s important everyone feels at home and is comfortable coming and going and doing their own thing. We have all absolutely loved living here so we’re looking forward to having a new addition (the terrace is particularly nice in the summer).
Council Tax, Water, Gas, Electricity and Internet are about £80-£100/month. We also have a cleaner every second week which is £15 each.
Please note there is a security deposit (the usual 5 weeks), I couldn't include the right amount for some reasons when creating this ad. The landlord is super friendly and reactive which is rare enough in London to be highlighted here ^^.
