You’ll be sharing with my current housemate as I'm needing to move due to my work. He's usually in the office for much of the week. Generally, this flat is better to live in than to work in, so it would be preferable to find a healthy balance in the apartment.
The flat is well stocked with kitchen equipment/utensils along with a dishwasher, bath/shower and space to bring in any of your own belongings. The ideal tenant will help keep the communal areas tidy and help muck in with cleaning the flat.
