My partner and I live in this apartment, however while I am away for three months we are renting out our second bedroom. The ideal tenant would be someone tidy, respectful and considerate, and either a working professional or in London a semester abroad/completing their Master's/MBA.

A cleaner comes every 2 weeks for common-space (bathroom, living room, kitchen).
The bedroom is available from 1 October 2024 through to 12 January 2025. Should you need to move-in prior to/after 1 October, or leave before/after 12 January we can be flexible on dates.
