Large room next to Shoreditch

We're looking for a new flatmate to move into our two story flat.
The flat is a 4 minute walk from Hoxton overground station and a 7-8 minute walk to Shoreditch high street.
We aren't too picky as to who moves in as long as they are reasonably tidy and friendly :)
The room is pretty large as is the house. It has a big sitting room and dining room plus 2 bathrooms.
We have a cleaner that comes once every 3/4 weeks and take it in turns to pay for them. It helps take the pressure off of the house to keep it looking good.
