Gorg newly renovated flat in Hoxton/ Haggerston

Hi there :) my name is Jayne. I'm 28, from California. I've lived in London for 3 years now and love the city I now call home. My flat is on the top floor in a prime location - right in between Hoxton and Haggerston station. Old Street Station is about a 20 min walk away. Spitalfields, Broadway Market, London Fields, Shoreditch, Columbia Flower Market are all walking distance....

I'm looking for a flatmate who is clean & chill! Would love for us to be friends, but still be able to respect each others' space. I WFH 3 days a week and am in the office Mondays & Wednesdays. I would prefer someone with a similar (or in-office) set up. I love wine & movie nights, cooking, wandering London, etc. I have a really lovely group of friends so I'm often out with them, too! Can't wait to meet you and see if we could be a good fit as flatmates / friends. :)

Oh! And I do have 2 cats, Meg & Maude. So must be cat-friendly. They are very sweet.
