Double Room in Sunny Hoxton Terrace House on Park

Hiya,
We are Talia and Megan, two American girls who are very sad that our third flattie Clodagh is leaving us. We are in our early 30s (fine Talia is 36, but if you average it out with Megan's 28, that makes it much younger, maths!) and we like sleep, naps, having a nice laugh together, and of course keeping the flat very clean. Not a party flat, as they say, but a peaceful cozy spot to call home. We like to be tidy, be friends, and have a little dance party in the kitchen sometimes. Looking for someone who likes these things too :)

The room is a double upstairs facing the back. The living room and kitchen are both really big and bright and there is a separate downstairs toilet as well as a bathroom upstairs. There is also an attic where we put our suitcases etc. The house gets full afternoon sun and looks directly onto shoreditch park so you can watch the pups play. Windows are double glazed and the house is very warm in the winter. We also have a back garden because we thought we could be kew gardens (we failed!).

Talia works from home a few days a week and Megan works in lab out of the house. Megan has a green thumb, likes Drag Race, and ordering off of Vinted. Talia brings the same passion to watching … Love Island & Vanderpump Rules. We have a happy little home, shoot us a message about you and your strange passion if we sound like your future 💕flatmates💕

PS Room is unfurnished though the wardrobe is staying and other items can be discussed like the bed frame etc.

Extra bits and bobs: Deposit is 1096. Bills work out to about £120/month. Location is 5/5 stars, 12 minute walk to old street station, 3 buses outside that go to london bridge/city of london, straight to old street & Lizzy line if you don’t want to walk. The canal is truly 30 seconds from our door. 15 mins walk to Islington and Hackney. De Beauvoir deli is our local coffee shop 🤌🏽
We are asking for a £300 deposit that will go towards the security deposit when you are approved.
