Double room by old street and Angel

We're looking for a new flatmate to take over a lovely double room between old street and Angel.

The flat:
The flat is on the ground floor. The building mainly consists of families and other long-term residents. We have a park on one side of the building, a canal on the opposite side and quiet roads on the other sides so it’s quiet and peaceful.

Dogs are not permitted in the building but other pets are allowed. We have a cat in the flat but she isn’t allowed to roam.

The room itself is a spacious converted sitting room.

The current flatmates are all female professionals, one also works from here full-time. We’re all friendly and helpful but we generally keep to ourselves.
