I’m moving out of my room due to a change of circumstances, and looking to find someone to replace me on the tenancy agreement. The lease is until May next year, with the option to renew.

Room is decently large, and comes with a wardrobe, bed, desk and one bedside table. Note the wardrobe provided is not the one shown in the picture.

Flat is located in a nice quiet part of Hoxton, next to several cafes. Ideally located between Old St station and Hoxton overground.
