Shared living room with tv and dining table, and a nice sized kitchen. 1 bathroom between 3 people. Plenty of storage also!

The flat is in Hoxton, circa 10 mins walk from Old Street station, and closest bus routes into East London/Central 1 min walk. The flat is right by Regents Canal, and within walking distance to Islington, Dalston, Shoreditch etc.

Current house mate is 1 x 26 yr old female, so would be looking for people of similar age to move in. Currently living with my sister and her partner but they have just secured their own flat! Would love for flatmates who are wanting a sociable flat vibe - chatting in the evening post work, sharing flat dinners together and heading to the pub for a drink!

Ideally looking for someone who is in the office most of the week/works from home only 1/2 days a week.
