Large double room in sociable 4-bed female house looking for long-term new tenant. I’ve called this house home for the last 4 years but am now leaving London.

Spacious, first-floor furnished room in a terraced house with:

* 2 bathrooms (1x shower; 1x shower/bath) plus ground floor toilet
* Large comfy shared living room and kitchen
* Private patio with table and BBQ

You’ll be sharing with Kathryn (Kiwi, 28), Ruby (Kiwi, 29) and Izzy (Brit, 26). LGBTQ+ friendly house.

Looking for a tidy and friendly female. Everyone has their own things going on, but there's generally someone around watching TV in the evenings or up for a chat in the kitchen.

The room itself is large and will fit a desk (with extra space still - I’ve fit a double blowup mattress in before too!). Open to those working from home sometimes - current housemates work from home occasionally.

Great location:
* 1 minute walk from Regent's Canal
* Multiple parks nearby (5 mins to Shoreditch park, and not far to
* Haggerston Park, or Highbury Fields etc).
* 10-15 minute walk to Angel where there are plenty of shops, including a large Sainsburys, Waitrose, M&S, Iceland etc.

Travel:
* Lots of regular buses nearby
* Angel and Old St both 10-15 minute walk away (Northern Line)
* Hoxton (Overground) and Highbury & Islington (Overground & Victoria line) 20-25 minutes
* Boris bike station just outside the house
* Also about 30 minute walk to e. g. St Pauls Cathedral!

Bills not included: typically ~£100-120/month pp - includes a cleaner once a fortnight. Council tax band D. We’re part way through the contract with the landlord - typically we sign for a 12 month contract but the landlord is happy for tenancy changes during this and will accommodate this with e. g. the deposit scheme. Looking for someone who is aiming to be here more long term though, e. g. 6 months or more.
