We have a large communal living room, TV with all the channels, fully equipped kitchen, brand new Al washing machine - it's elite. Bathroom has no bath but does have a shower.

You'll be sharing with Michael, who has been in the flat for around four years now, and Kerry, who is new to the flat and will be moving for the 1st October, also. Both professional and in their early 30s. The house has been lived in by three friends from Liverpool, with two moving in with their partners as the contract is for renewal.

In terms of location, it really is superb. 5 minute to Old Street and the Northern Line, and a 5 min walk to Hoxton Overground, meaning you can actually get to Peckham in 20 mins (if you time it right) or Dalston in 10. Further afield it's about a 15 min walk to London Fields along Hackney Road.

Rent is £850 and bills usually come to around £120 a month, there is a cleaner who comes round every two weeks. (Girls preferred please!)
