Double bedroom in Hoxton available October

Looking for a friendly sociable housemate in a lovely 3 bed flat in Hoxton, £800 pcm without bills. The bedroom available is a double, with room for a desk and bookcase and lots of natural light. The flat has a separate kitchen and living room, and is across two floors.

The current housemates are two women in late 20s. One works hybrid so spends time in the flat during the week. We are sociable and also love spending time in the flat. We would like someone who is easy going, friendly and fun.

Collective interests include: football, music, communism, good tv, bad tv, cooking, knitting, swimming, having a dance on a night out etc.
