I’m looking for someone to take over my en-suite room starting in early November. You’ll be living with the best couple you could ask for as flatmates!

The flat is a modern, secure, and bright 2-bed/2-bath right in the heart of Hoxton. There’s a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area with a balcony, and you’ll have the biggest room with your own en-suite. It’s fully furnished with a king-size bed, lots of storage, and a big bathroom.

The building is a new build (2019), well-insulated, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and oven). There’s also bike storage and a balcony.

The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to Hoxton Overground and 15 minutes to Old Street or Liverpool Street stations. You’re close to Shoreditch Park, and trendy spots like Shoreditch, Brick Lane, Columbia Road and Broadway Market are just a short walk away.

The couple you’ll be living with are lovely. They work in engineering and marketing and are super easygoing. They enjoy going out to explore London but also love having chilled nights in. They’re into sports, travelling, and spending time with friends – honestly, great people to share a home with!

They’re looking for someone who’s clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. This isn’t a party flat, but it’s a great place to relax and feel at home.

Rent: £1365 + approx. £100 bills (water, gas, broadband, electricity, council tax).
Move-in date: Early November.
