✨Big bright room in cute Hoxton flat✨

Hello everyone!

After two very happy years living with Irene and Lena, I unfortunately need to move out of my (v large) room in the heart of East London, in Hoxton. The room is quite big and comes completely furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, a wide desk, a chair and a table (the blue desk chair in the images is mine but there are regular chairs in the flat for you to use, which I used for long before I got this one). The room is incredibly bright which is one of my favorite things about it - it gets lots of sun in the summer and lots of brightness in the winter.

The kitchen has a microwave, brand-new fridge, a toaster and a kettle - and obviously a clothes washing machine. The bathroom has a large bathtub and the essentials of course. Bills, council tax and internet are not included in the rent but they range between 75-100 monthly total per person, depending on whether it's summer or winter.

Irene and Lena, the current tenants, are truly a joy to live with. Irene is an Arts student, works at the local Museum of the Home and bakes a mean cake (formally-trained pastry chef👩🏻‍🍳). Lena works in the media industry, loves movies (often has reduced tix!), has a brilliant sense of humor and is very resourceful 👩🏼‍🔬. They both value living in a calm and friendly home and very much hope to find someone who matches their energy; someone who is kind and up for the occasional drink/cooking sesh/hangout, but also respectful of privacy and boundaries. This is an LGBT/friendly household and a woman is preferred.
