Hello! My name is KK (they/them) a professional who works in digital advertising in the city. I am looking for a flatmate to share my top floor 2 bedroom (1 bathroom) apartment in Hoxton. I have a small 15 year old dog, who mostly sleeps all day. I'm looking for someone who is LGBTQ+ ideally who spends a mixture of time at home and out for work - I primarily work from home and go into the office 2-3 times a week. I am mostly home on the weekends.

The room is a fully furnished double room that receives plenty of natural light. There is a separate bathroom with a bath and underfloor heating throughout the property. The living space is open plan with the kitchen, dining area, reading corner and my wfh space (unless I am hosting a presentation, coming in and out of the space is completely fine). In both the bathroom and the living space, there are skylights bringing even more natural light into the very ample communal space. There is a small balcony, a communal roof terrace and plenty of local green spaces.

The apartment is closely located to Columbia Rd Flower Market, Hackney City Farm/Haggerston Park, Broadway Market and Brick Lane.

Transport links are great:
- 3 minute walk to Hoxton Overground
- 15 minute walk (5 min bus) to Old Street
- 20 minute walk (8 minute bus) to Liverpool Street
- bus stop is 30 seconds away (26 & 55)
