Double Bedroom 5min Haggerston Station - 975pcm

Hi There,
I'm Yo, a 31-year-old Brazilian professional in data analytics. My flatmate is currently moving back to Brazil, and I'm looking for a new roommate for a double bedroom. The rent is 975pcm each, no bills included. We split the bills and they are around 170 each (Broadband, Gas/Energy, Water, Coucil Tax).
The flat is very well located (5min from Haggerston Station, close to Old Street, Hoxton, London Fields), with easy access to parks (Haggerston Park, VIctoria Park). Very close to galleries, cafes and with a very cultural live scene.

I'm respectful and friendly, but I also value my personal space. I love arts, particularly painting, and besides creative stuff, I love cycling, exercising, and being in nature.

What I am looking for in a flatmate.
I'm seeking an empathetic and sensible individual who values a peaceful and clean home Someone with whom I can have a friendly chat, but also respects personal space.

It is essential to be committed to a weekly cleaning routine (flexible on which day/which sharing space to be responsible for ) and be mindful of noise after 10.30 pm as my room is next to the living room, and our neighbours downstairs have children.
