I’m looking for a friendly person to replace my flatmate who moves out on 19th October.
The flat is located 8 minutes walk from Hoxton station in a vibrant and lively neighborhood.
The flat is modern, clean and homely. The room has a double bed, wardrobe and bed side table.
Rent is 1012.5 per month + bills (internet, gas, electricity, council tax) around £100 in summer / £160 in winter.
I’m looking for a person who is clean, respectful and friendly.
A bit more about me. I’m French. I’m 35 and work in creative marketing. I love theatre, cinema and gigs. The flat is not a party house but I enjoy inviting friends for dinner from time to time.

Please note that the tenancy contract will be renewed on 27th March 2025 and the landlord informed rent will increase.
