I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a 2-bedroom flat from 19th until 27th March. The rent is £1012.50 per month, with bills ranging around £100-150.
The room is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, bedside table) and gets plenty of natural light. The flat is located near Hoxton Station, in a lively area with lots of great cafés, and is just a 25-minute walk to the City.
You'll be sharing the flat with a young professional who is looking for a quiet, clean and respectful flatmate. Please note that the occupant must be a non-smoker and have no pets.
Please note that bills will likely increase during the winter months.
