Subletting a master bedroom in Hoxton for £1,250 pcm+bills (sorry no couples), available from circa 15th November.

We've just locked in our first 3 bedder and have a spare room. We have secured a short term tenant until circa 15 November so now prefencing finding a suitable long term tenant. The room is well lit comprising a double bed, two large wardrobes and a study nook with a desk.

Property is a 3 bed, 1.5 bath duplex on the first floor, across two levels with modern furnishings and renovated interiors (check out the photos!) Located close to local grocery stores, ovals, massive Shoreditch leisure centre (gym, tennis, squash, swimming & more), bus routes and 12 min walk to Hoxton or 13mins to Haggerston Overground.

Your housemates will be two 31 yo male Aussies who recently arrived and living up the funemployment life until we find jobs. I will be working in accounting and my friend will be in sales. We are both into fitness, enjoy meeting new people, enjoy nights out/ in and recently started learning to cook as we embark on become fully functioning adults 😂 We are hoping to find someone who will fit in well and add to the house vibe and our social experience here in London.
