Double room in our Hoxton / Old Street maisonette home available from November 1st!

Our 4-bed flat is located 10 min walk from Hoxton overground and Old Street station. Close by to loads of cosy pubs, nice restaurants and shops. Opposite Shoreditch park, close to regents canal and a short walk away from Broadway market.

The flat is on the first floor of the building and can only be accessed via a fob (there is no lift).

The bright and sunny room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk with chair, mirror and built in wardrobe with lots of under bed storage.

The rent is £815 and bills come roughly to £100pm and deposit £650, which will be held with DPS.

You will be signing onto our old flat mates lease which is till Jan 2025, with the possibility to extend after.

A bit about us…

Yas (she/her, 24) - works in social media, marketing restaurants. An early morning gym girlie and spends the evening cooking and chilling. Loves a mooch around Broadway market with a coffee or pastries at Pophams!

Ciara (27, she/her) - works in mental health for students. Loves a long walk along regents canal, reading, pub quizzes and seeing friends.

Alice (25, she/her) works in marketing. Loves a boogie, baking and heading round London fields with a matcha.

We’re now looking for a new housemate (24+ no students please!) that will fit into our chilled yet sociable home. As much as we love spending time together when it permits, we all appreciate that we have busy lives and respect each others space and chill out time. The flat is very much our home, it’s not a party house, we keep the place clean and the noise low. Of course an LGBTQI+ friendly household and we’re ideally looking for girls/gays/theys to fit into our current dynamic!
