Looking for a cozy and well-located home? We have a bright, spacious double room available in a friendly house share, starting November 28th. The room is unfurnished, giving you the chance to make it your own, and comes with generous built-in wardrobe space. With large floor-to-ceiling windows, the room gets loads of natural light, as does the living room, making the whole place feel open and airy.

The shared spaces include a spacious living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with all the essentials with a dishwasher. It’s a really relaxed and comfortable place to live in an orderly and safe apartment building.

- Bills come to about £230 per month
- Single occupancy only (no couples)

A bit about me: Hey, I’m Chathura (or Chat for short). I’m a software engineer and work in the office most of the week, so the place is pretty quiet during the day. When I’m not working, I love being outdoors—hiking, running, or exploring new places—and when I’m indoors, you’ll probably find me with a good book. I also enjoy heading out to the theater, catching live music, or checking out a new film with friends from time to time.

I'm respectful of shared spaces and personal boundaries – you'll hardly notice me even when I'm working from home. I'm easy-going and always up for a chat, but I also appreciate my own space and respect others' need for the same.

The Location: We’re right in the heart of Hoxton on Kingsland Road, which means you’ll have everything you need within a short walk:
- Hoxton Overground station is less than 5 minutes away
- Liverpool Street station is a 20-minute walk
- Major bus routes right outside the building

You’ll be spoiled for choice with nearby supermarkets like Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Amazon Fresh, plus a great Asian supermarket. There are fantastic Vietnamese restaurants right on our doorstep, as well as a gym and Pilates studio close by. It’s a lively, vibrant area, but the building itself is quiet and filled with professionals, so it strikes a nice balance.

What’s Needed:
- Move-in date: November 28th
- Reference checks for affordability and right to rent (handled by the landlord’s agent)
- You’ll cover half of the deposit (total is around £2,400, held securely in the TDSL insurance scheme)
