Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a large twin room at Flora Building in Hoxton. The rent is £321 per week (willing to negotiate), and it’s a 5-minute walk to Hoxton Overground Station. The lease runs until September 2025.

The room is male-occupied, so the new tenant must be male and a student. The building includes great amenities like a gym, communal kitchen, rooftop garden, and study spaces. I’m willing to start as soon as possible, so let me know what works for you!

I’m moving out because my university isn’t a good fit, so I’m planning to move back home ASAP.
