Are you searching for a cosy, centrally-located room in London? Look no further! The room is available from the 1st December 2024 for a minimum rental period of 6 months.

The flat is next to the Shoreditch Park, in Hoxton neighbourhood, 5 min cycling to the city of London/ Liverpool street. The flat has two bedrooms, a communal combined dining and living room, and a shared bathroom. It is fully equipped, including fridge, oven, dish washer, washing machine.

The room is fully furnished, including a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe.

I am the current tenant, Henri, French, 26yo, working in finance engineering. I moved from Switzerland 2 months a go, and love hiking, cycling, rowing, and outdoor activities in general. I also enjoy cooking and hosting dinner parties from time to time.

I am looking for a new tenant around the same age, open-minded, easy going and tidy.
