We have a furnished small double going in our lovely creative flat in Hoxton (N1). Room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe. The rest of the flat is fully furnished.

It's a great location - 5 min walk from Hoxton Overground or 12 min walk to Old Street tube. Lots of shops, cafes, bars & pubs very close by as well as Hoxton market every Saturday.

We have a cute kitchen, slightly unconventional living room and 1 bathroom with a nice big shower. You'd be living with 3 girls (24-29). The room is available, need someone to take over by the 27th at the latest. Looking to find the right person soon! I will be holding next week. Get in touch with a little bit about yourself. Room: 700 per month
Bills: around 85 per month
Council Tax Band: C

As you will be joining our tenancy through the landlord you will have to pay a deposit which is 778.85

In terms of references you will need:
Passport
Right to rent in the UK (If You don't hold a UK Passport) Work Reference/Contract (Salary needs to be stated on the document)
Landlord Reference
If you can not provide the work reference/contract, please provide:
3 months pay slip
3 months bank statement
