Room in Hoxton Flat

The Flat is right in the middle of everything, a 10 min walk to the Columbia Road flower market, 10 min walk from Shoreditch High Street, 5 min walk from Hoxton Station, and bus stops right out the door. The flat is especially great for someone who likes to go out and wants easy access to nightlife and everything Shoreditch has to offer.

I am the 4th flatmate and am leaving on November 16th due to my visa expiring. I am looking for someone to take over my lease until it expires February 20th, 2025. We have easily renewed our lease over the last 4 years so that will probably be a possibility if you would like to stay past the current lease.

The other 3 flatmates that are staying are all working professionals in design, fashion, and photography.

I am currently paying £782 a month with council tax and bills included but may go up or down slightly depending on energy costs.

The room will come with the desk, bed and bedside table. There are also to large storage cabinets built into the room. There are 2 bathrooms in the flat.
