I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in Hoxton for two months when I go home to Australia. I’ll be away from the 28th of November until the 6th of February, but I can be flexible around those dates if needed.

The rent is £850 per month including bills, it is light, extremely spacious and I would clear out space in the wardrobe and dresser for you to use! It comes furnished with a desk, so it would be perfect for someone who has to work from home!

The flat has a separate kitchen, a cosy living area and a modern bathroom. You’d be sharing with three lovely girls in their mid-20s, so we are looking for someone who is female-identifying.

The best part of the flat is its location, it’s incredibly central and is within walking distance of great pubs, bars, cafes, and grocery stores. The transport links are convenient and make it easy to get to Waterloo, London Bridge and the city, which would be ideal for anyone who works centrally. We’re close to the best parts of East London including Shoreditch, Dalston, De Beauvoir and Angel. Plus the canal and Columbia Road Flower Market are nearby, so that’s your Sunday morning is sorted.
