Hey!
I’m moving back home in December and looking for someone to take my room.

On the second floor of a three level flat we have a kitchen and shared living space downstairs along with a little outside area. The place has two bathrooms each with a toilet and shower so you’ll only share your bathroom with one other housemate.

Location is perfect, 10 minute walk to shoreditch, london fields and broadway market. Buses just outside the door and Hoxton station a 3 minute walk away.

My housemates are very social guys aged between 28-35 (2 kiwis and 1 Brit). All professionals during the week we love going for drinks and enjoy having a good time together. We’ll hang out downstairs, cooking and watching some sport/tv throughout the week.

Bills usually come to around £60 a month so you’ll be paying less than £800 for the room. Honestly a steal. The landlord is very chill, I’ve lived here for nearly two years and have had 2 WhatsApp conversations with him. Its very much a we don’t annoy him he doesn’t annoy us situation so it’s been great.
