Small double room in Hoxton

hello, our lovely flatmate is moving out so we’re looking for someone to take over her part of the tenancy. we need someone to have moved in by the 1st dec (when the bill cycle is, so we need to move quite quickly).

the room: a small double with under bed storage, shelves and a clothing rail. there’s also small chest of drawers, a desk and desk chair in the room that she is happy to leave behind but for a small cost of £10.

the flat: split over two floors with a patio area outside (granted this needs some weeding!). the living room and kitchen are spacious, with the flat having two toilets which between 3 is very generous.

currently in the flat is me (lizzie, 28, she/her) and aleah (28, she/her). a bit about us: we both work 9-5s, working in the charity sector and in medical writing respectively, with a good mix of wfh/office. we’re big music lovers and bond a lot over our love of festivals.

aleah and I are both quite busy people so often find ourselves in and out of the flat, but we do make sure to have flat dinners together when we can. it would be great for someone that would fit into a similar dynamic. we’re happy to have friends over, but due to the fact we’re on the ground floor of a block of flats, it’s not really suitable for a rager every weekend. we’re an inclusive and open minded household, so we don’t and won’t hold space for any -isms/phobias :)

the rent will be £590, with bills being just shy of £100, so all in approx £700. these are due the 1st of every month. the contract renews each year in april which we are able to extend.
