Spacious double room in Hoxton

Hi there!

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly and creative flat-share. From October 10th, a spacious double bedroom will be available, and we’d love to find someone who fits right in!

About Us: We’re a easy going and social household with four current housemates, ages 24–30. Our careers are in the music and film industry:

- Diana from Venezuela, a student and audio engineer
- Stephan from Germany, a music producer
Jorge, who is Spanish/Greek, also a student and audio engineer
-Theresa from Germany, who’s just starting her career in the film industry
-Also, we are a cat friendly household and have Blue our neighbours cat visiting regularly.

We enjoy hanging out together—whether it's cooking, grabbing a beer, or heading out for a gig—and we’d love a new housemate who’s up for joining in sometimes. That said, we also respect each other’s space and downtime and we have our own lives as well.

About the Flat: The apartment is a cozy maisonette spread over the 1st and 2nd floors, with your bedroom located on the 1st floor. We share a well-equipped kitchen (although we don’t have a common living room), and there’s one bathroom and an additional separate toilet.

Bills: In addition to rent, we each pay for electricity and WiFi, which typically comes to £30 per month.
