Spacious double room in Hoxton

Hi there!

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly and creative flat-share. From the first of June, our flatmate Diana is moving to another country for at least 6 months, so it will be available until December, with possibility of extending for a longer term.

This spacious double bedroom with balcony will be available, and we’d love to find someone who fits right in!

Move in can also be from the 1st of May.

About Us: We’re a easy going and social household with four current housemates, ages 25–30. Our careers are in the music and film industry:

- Stephan from Germany, a music producer
- Etienne, who is French, an video editor
-Theresa from Germany, working in film
- Marcus from England, also working in film
-Also, we are a cat friendly household and have Blue our neighbours cat staying with us.

We enjoy hanging out together—whether it's cooking, grabbing a beer, or heading out for a gig—and we’d love a new housemate who’s up for joining in sometimes. That said, we also respect each other’s space and downtime and we have our own lives as well.

About the Flat: The apartment is a cozy maisonette spread over the 1st and 2nd floors, with your bedroom located on the 2nd floor. We share a well-equipped kitchen (although we don’t have a common living room), and there’s one bathroom and an additional separate toilet.

Bills: In addition to rent, we each pay for electricity and WiFi, which typically comes to £30 per month.
