I am moving out of my beautiful double bedroom in Hoxton.

It’s a lively and vibrant neighborhood at the heart of East London. The flat is located 10 minutes walk from Columbia road and its famous market and 5 minutes walk from Hoxton overground station. Shoreditch and Spitalfields are 20/25 minutes walk away. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. There is a Sainsbury local and Tesco express in 5 minutes walk. The area is just amazing.

The flat is a modern and clean two-bedroom flat with a shared bathroom and kitchen/living room. It has wooden flooring and double glazed windows.

You will live with a 26 year old professional who is clean, considerate and respectful.

My room is available for a short or long term contract. It has a big double glazed window so the room has a lot of natural light, a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bed side table. Everything stays.

I need someone to replace me on the current tenancy contract that ends end of March. So it could suit someone looking for an accommodation until end of March. Rent is £1085 + bills (around £100 in summer / £150 in winter)

It can also suit someone looking for a long term home. A new contract will be signed end of March but please note the rent will increase.

We’re looking for a friendly professional who can provide references to the landlord.
Deposit will be secured via the landlord deposit scheme.
