Available from the end of January (with flexibility to move sooner if needed).

I’ve been in the flat for coming up to year now and really love it. I’m 24 (F) and I have an 11 year old cat that lives with me so the room isn’t for someone allergic or scared of cats but she’s really gentle and honestly just wants attention! My job allows for hybrid working so I’m usually WFH 2-3 days a week but there’s more than enough space for us both to do so. There’s lots of space for storage in the living room, as well as outside on the terrace if you have a bike etc.

Considering easy going and considerate people. I prefer a quieter and calmer environment at home but also enjoy socialising so hope my flatmate would too. Looking for a fellow professional working female or postgrad student ideally.
