Fast internet, work desk set-up (multiple monitors, keyboards printer, stand-up desk, mouse), cute terrace/balcony, yoga mats, sound system, modern kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, coffee machine, mixer, plates&pans, wine & champagne glasses...) Could also leave you against a higher deposit my Xbox, bike and projector (to be discussed).
Absolutely love my neighbourhood. Within 5 minutes walk of the house you can find multiple Michelin star restaurants, one of the top 50 best bars in the world, live music hangouts, standup comedy clubs, organic stores, gym and yoga studios...
