1 room in 3 bed Hoxton flat

Hey all - we’re looking for someone to join our 3 bed flat in Hoxton. We’re right next to the Curzon cinema and just a 5 minute walk from Old Street station.

The room is available from the 1st January. It’s technically unfurnished however our flatmate who is due to move out is happy to leave their bed/mattress/wardrobe if you like, otherwise we can arrange for the room to be empty when you arrive.

You’d be living with:

- Cal (30) works for a human rights NGO
- Mark (31) works in marketing for a start up

The room is medium-sized but as there’s no living room, it would likely suit someone who doesn’t work from home everyday (but there’s space for a desk).

We’re pretty relaxed and sometimes have friends over, but not a party flat given the space, so it’d suit someone who’s looking for a quiet home.

Rent is £650 (provided no sneaky raises from the landlord) and bills are approx £110 on top.

We’ll be arranging viewings end of November.
